They work under different rules. Novig runs a CFTC-regulated exchange and was reported live in 47 states plus DC (not Nevada, Arizona or Michigan). Rebet uses a sweepstakes-style model allowed in many, but not all, states. Each app blocks states where it isn't offered.
Is Novig still a sweepstakes app like Rebet?
